Team Evergreen Racing proudly presents: The Burn - a Mountain Bike Time Trial Race at Castle Mountain Recreation Area, May 31st 2008 at 9:00am.

WHEN: May 31st, 2008
Pre-Race meeting at 9:00am
Race begins at 9:30am

WHERE: Castle Mountain Recreation Area
Castle Mountain Recreation Area @ Wellington Lake From Denver Take US285 south towards Bailey and turn left on CR68 (between Bailey Propane and Bailey Bar and Grill). Stay on this road for 11 miles. There are 2 intersections before Wellington Lake. Veer right on both of them.

REGISTRATION:
All racers must register at Active.com. The registration fee is $30 and includes a $3 Active.com fee and entry into the recreation area. Registration closes 05/29/08 11:59 PM.There is no Day-of registration for this event.
All racers must hold a valid American Cycling Association license. One day licenses will be available for $10.
Registration is limited to 250 riders.

2008 Team Evergreen Racing Team Membership Applications are available now.

Team Evergreen Racing is currently accepting applications for full 2008 membership participation.

The team is coming off another very successful season of training and racing together. 2008 holds the promise of a great season as Team Evergreen Racing returns to vie for Colorado’s premier team mountain bike racing titles and individual triumph in XC, road, endurance, and ultra-endurance disciplines. In its fourth season Team Evergreen Racing will continue to be one of the largest and strongest teams in the state and region.

The Team Evergreen Racing Information & Benefits

The Team Evergreen Racing mission invites experienced racers and those serious about launching or ramping up a young racing career to join the program and gain by training and racing within a team environment.
Team Evergreen Racing involvement offers additional benefits of

• Requires membership in Team Evergreen Bicycle Club with full club benefits
• Specialized Training Programs provided by Cyclo-CORE and David Newcomer
• Team training opportunities throughout the year
• Team racing environment at many race venues including team support and a team tent

• Team kit with paid membership (additional clothing options available)

Team Evergreen Racing seeks racers who are serious about active participation in Colorado’s rich racing season of mountain bike and road events. Team Evergreen Racing expects that racers will also participate in Team Evergreen Racing sponsored activities and be a part of the Team Evergreen Racing mission.

About Us

Team Evergreen Racing (TER) is for anyone who has an interest in bicycle racing - road and/or mountain bikes. Racing includes endurance events, time trials, mtn bike series races, criteriums, hill climbs and any other bicycle racing activity where our members find interest.
Training is more structured and intense than usual club weekend rides. Expert riders give advice to other riders. Upcoming event schedules, training / coaching tips, and race results are available on this website. Team participation is encouraged. TER is an ACA, USCF and NORBA cycling team member, members participate as attached to -Team Evergreen Racing- team. We have great looking racing kits and successful racers are awarded with incentives to train hard, to improve, to perform well and to be active – and most of all, have a great time on the bike!
