    Training Schedule:

Every Wednesday: 5:30- 6:30pm, hill repeats. (Location will vary. Please read the TER Blast e–newsletter for information.)
Brief discussion of training format at 5:20pm. Be prepared to start riding at 5:30! If you are late, just start riding, and re-group with us on the way down.

*Location for March 28- April 25, meet at the parking lot at the start of Lookout Mt (ie, at the Pillars).

NOTE: For those who are able, meet at the Morrison Rd/Rooney Rd (across from the Conoco) at 4:45pm and ride to Lookout Mt. from there for a warm-up. Others may also choose to meet at different locations and ride to the start in order to get a warm-up in. At this point, there is no designated ride leader for this warm-up, though, so head over to Lookout with whoever is there by 4:45pm.

    Weekend training*:

March: Join TER for the base-miles training rides every Saturday at Morrison Rd/Rooney Rd. Ride leaves at 9am and finishes at approx. 12:30pm.

*Note: Since this series is a new idea, I am open to modifying the approach, depending on feedback from participants. So please give me your feedback.

    Volunteer Opportunity!
As you all know, every TER member is obligated to volunteer to help support the efforts of TER and TE. Therefore, please let me know if you are interested in volunteering to help me lead any of these training rides.
