  • Training Ride - TER Ride on Saturday April 7th is on.   (directions)

Winter danced all over our training ride schedule but ready or not, April is here anyway. Saturday rides will now wind into the hills. This Saturday, April 7 the ride will again launch from the Morrison (Rooney Rd) rally point at 9:00. Please arrive early for a quick briefing on the day. The route will take us into some climbing, influenced by the weather outlook. Keep an eye on the weather forecast. The focus of the next block of Saturday rides will incorporate climbing. Please see the Hill Climb section below for the latest from Robin on TER's HC Series and HC training.

  • Important:  these next two items

  • Cyclo-Core - is offering TER a Q&A Webinar with Graeme Street where racers can login/call in from there homes. Issues are 1 or 2-day clinic at a DAILY cost of $150 per racer. Olympian Alison Dunlap is the instructor. Day 1 would be at Mt. Falcon and Day 2 would be at White Ranch. We can make it productive in one day if that is more desirable. PLEASE email Ted ASAP at with your interest and comments.

  • Cyclo-Core - is our Title sponsor this season and has offered ALL TER racers access to their Cyclo-Core and Cyclo-Zen training packages at NO COST. Since the Number 1 response from the TER Racer Poll was for some type of structured training, this is one way to get started on the season, NOW. As these packages are worth $125 each, you must email Ted with your request and commitment to viewing the DVDs and arrange to pick them up or have mailed. Please go to: www.cyclo-core.com/EVERGREEN and listen to the message from Graeme Street for an overview of why TER has teamed up with Cyclo-Core and the benefits it has to offer everyone. It is important that we get feedback from each racer as well. This URL will remain active for only a short period of time so please listen to it as soon as possible.

The Cyclo-Core and Cyclo-Zen DVDs have arrived! They will be available to those that have requested them as follows: - By contacting Cal Rickard at 303-870-1450 or calzone68@gmail.com if you live west or by contacting Ted Benning at 720-565-5995 (wk) if you live in the Boulder or the north front range area.
