Winter Park series
- Winter Park
Team Standings: Team A is in 1st place!!!!
Team B is in 10th and Team C is in 13th. Two more races. EVERY
position counts! -
Winter
Park Valley Point-To-Point Results
- Bob Campbell 1st; Larry Imperiale 1st; Steve Riggle 2nd;
Robert Means 2nd; Jill Adelstein 3rd; Kathy Eckert 3rd; Ben
Sokolski 3rd; Rolo Luarca 3rd. Many riders suffered crashes;
some made it across the finish line. We hope everyone is
healing.... Blast the Mass results from Snowmass are STILL not
posted but Anita Nebel WON her Beginner age class and was
awarded a National Champion Jersey.
A handful of TER members met Sunday to pre-ride WP race course
5. It is a LONG climb from the start and the Upper Elk Meadow
loop is tough. Be sure to bring muscle fuel along for the ride.

575 mtn bike
- Background: The Evergreen Rodeo offered a raffle this year and
the winner won a new Yeti 575 Enduro. The winner approached us
and said she would rather have the money, so she is willing to
offer the bike to the highest bid from TER.
The Rodeo Association is aware of this offer to the team.
The high bidder will select their size and color, this is a new
bike from the Yeti factory! You may upgrade parts through
Bicycle Outfitters. Send your bid to

Weekend ride

Sat, July 28, Golden Gate Canyon. Meet at the Golden
Park-and-Ride at the southwest corner of 10th and Washington,
ready to start riding at 8am. Route: Ride up Golden Gate Canyon
to the Peak to Peak Highway. (Endurance option: Continue on to
Wondervu and Coal Creek Canyon to get back to Golden). Email

and/or have any questions about the route.)

Hill Climb / Wednesday Training Ride
- Wednesday,
August 1st. Meet at the
Lookout Mt Pillars at 5:30 for the early start and 6:00 for the
later start. TT and interval training.
NEW! Skills
training! As a regular part of the Wednesday training rides we will begin
to offer training on skills related to racing and descending, at
the beginning of the ascent and the beginning of the descent.
The training portion will be short, with the idea being that we
can practice new skills during the training ride. Also, at the
beginning of the ride we will also allow time for teammates to
share any training tips that have been helpful.

packages at NO COST. Since the Number 1 response from the TER
Racer Poll was for some type of structured training, this is one
way to get started on the season, NOW. As these packages are
worth $125 each, you must email Ted with your request and
commitment to viewing the DVDs and arrange to pick them up or
have mailed.

Salida Omnium
- is on for 2007: July 27,28,29. Go to
South Central Racing for all
the info. See photos from last year.
Same great Road Course; Senior and Master State Championship
with better prize money! Same great downtown Crit. Improved TT
course. All riders will be scored for the Omnium overall points.
You do not need to finish, race or register for all three days
to get points. If you want to race the Time Trial you must
preregister online by NOON, Thursday July 26. Or mail in
postmarked by Friday July 20. If you want to do all three days
for $85 you must also preregister. You can register for the Road
Race and Crit on race day for $35 each plus $10 late fee. (only
one late fee will be charged per rider). No race day TT
registration.
