-
Clinic:
We had TER's 2008 cyclocross clinic. The weather was great and
we found some mud. Hup! Hup!
-
Training:
Running: Try to
include 2 running workouts per week. One 30 minutes the other
20-30 minutes with intervals (hill repeats or track sprints)
Riding: Work on
sprints and starts. Also under-over intervals will help with the
intensity of CX racing. Ride just below threshold for 3min then
all out for 2 min and back to just below threshold and repeat.
This will simulate race efforts during a short power climb or
other obstacle.
Contact:
Contact
Brian France with any
questions, suggestions and to RSVP for the clinic.
